The Oyster Mushroom can be found in the wild all over the world! They grow on hardwood trees and on dead stumps and logs! These mushrooms are one of the easiest mushrooms to cultivate. They can be grown on many different substrates such as straw, spent coffee grounds, cardboard, sawdust, and many other things. We currently use sawdust and bran to grow them. This a very versatile mushroom and goes well in many dishes. Delicious!
